Return Policy

At Access 3 Surf Supply, we want you to love your purchase! Because our products are made to order using direct printing, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects or errors. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at access3surfsupply@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s) showing the problem

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Because our shirts are custom printed for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color, or preference issues. Please review our sizing chart carefully before making your purchase.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, production begins, and we are unable to make changes or issue refunds.
