Thank you for supporting Access 3 Surf Supply. Every order is made to order — crafted specifically for you after purchase. Here's what to expect:
📦 Order Timeline
- Production (2–5 business days): Your gear is printed and quality-checked by our fulfillment partner.
- Shipping (3–7 business days): Once shipped, your tracking number will arrive via email.
- Carrier scan delays: It's normal for tracking info to take 24–48 hours to update after your label is created. If tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days after shipment, contact us.

📬 Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You'll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment — this is normal and all items are on their way.
